Gastvortrag Dr. Ciril Bohak "Web-based real-time visualization framework with collaboration support" 7.6.2019

We are developing a web-based real-time visualization framework build on top of WebGL 2.0 with deferred rendering pipeline with support for mesh geometry data as well as volumetric data. The framework allows merging the rendering outputs of different modalities in a seamless final image.

Peter Mindek et al. won the Visual Data Storytelling Contest at PacificVis 2019 for their entry "Of Catastrophes and Rescues: Making the Invisible Visible"

Microtubules are long, hollow tubes present in each of your cells. They help to maintain the shape of the cell, and they form rails along which material is transported throughout the cell. They even help with the cell division.
