Dr. Leonid Dimitrov passed away on October 8th, 2014, having lost his courageous fight against cancer. He was very optimistic during the last two months, since the prognosis looked very good. He felt well and he had lots of plans for the future. In the mid of September he went to hospital because of some minor side problems, also with a good prognosis. Unfortunately, after two weeks he started to feel worse, got very weak and eventually died. Leonid's life was not easy, but his will to live was enormous. With his direct and often unconventional style he was a real enrichment to our lives. We will miss him.
