Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception by the Mayor of Vienna will take place in the wonderful "Festsaal" of the Vienna City Hall. To get there you can either walk (distance about 1,500 m from the Academy) or take the underground line U2 to the station "Rathaus". See the map of the first Vienna district.

This reception will feature a full buffet dinner and a live performance of classical music. To enter the town hall you will need an invitation card that you receive with the conference material. Registration is possible before the reception. If you arrive too late to pick up your registration pack before the Welcome Reception, please come to the City Hall directly, we will provide you with an invitation there.
