Alice supports many image file formats through the use of plug in readers. The most common image file formats come standard, others are optional. Several are public domain: you can download these from HIPG at perceptive.com.
The binary import feature permits users to import most fixed offset image data sets of 2 and 3 dimensions. If you need a particular format, Hayden Image Processing Group can provide you with a custom reader.
