Internship Report: Statistical Optimization for Differentiable Rendering

Abstract

Our summer intern, Clément Oliveira from ESIR (École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Rennes, Université de Rennes), will present his internship project, carried out over the summer. His talk will cover new statistically motivated variants of a well-known optimization algorithm, as well as some impressions from his time in Vienna.
