Abstract
Green facades improve urban microclimates; selecting the right species requires predicting multi-season appearance and structural behaviour before construction. AgroEcoSim couples soil-water diffusion and procedural growth, but targets woody trees exclusively. It lacks herbaceous growth topology, has no phenological lifecycle, and does not model soft-tissue gravity deflection. We address all three gaps for Bergenia cordifolia and Geranium macrorrhizum / Geranium × cantabrigiense, two common Central European facade species with contrasting habits, contributing four self-contained extensions that leave existing species configurations intact.
