Speaker: Renata Raidou (TU Delft)

Renata Raidou is a PhD student, at the Biomedical Image Analysis Group (BMIA) at Eindhoven University of Technology and the Computer Graphics and Visualization Group (CGV) at Delft University of Technology, supervised by Dr. Anna Vilanova. She is at the beginning of her fourth year and her project is about Uncertainty Visualization in Digital Radiation Therapy. The goal of her project is to achieve an easy-to-use and easy-to-understand visualization and exploration of the multimodal, multi-value data involved in cancer radiotherapy planning. She especially focuses on the incorporation and support of the uncertainty from each step of the radiotherapy planning pipeline and its effect on the final planning outcome.
