Scene graphs are a very common data structure for modelling virtual content such as 3D scenes.  Although the concept of scene graphs is versatile and powerful, it has severe drawbacks.

In this work we identify these drawbacks, synthesize design goals and
introduce a novel approach to scene graphs. Our approach has none of the identified problems of current solutions.

In our evaluation we show, that our system indeed reduces system complexity while maintaining highly competitive performance.
