n the real world, many bipartite relations exist. Examples are actor-movie relations, user-group membership or user-product relationships. These real-world use cases most likely consist of a very large number of entities and often develop and change over time.
Existing tools often only visualize the largest companies to prevent visual clutter and therefore, do not allow to investigate more complex structures in a global view.
Furthermore, some of them are made for expert users and, therefore, they are not easy to understand for the masses, although the dataset may be of interest for a large audience.
In this thesis we develop an interactive visualization framework which supports non-expert users in further exploration of a large dynamic bipartite dataset, to gain more complex insights into the data.
