Controls:

WSAD or Cursor Arrows		move player / camera
TAB 				switch free-fly cam mode
L./R. Shift			free-fly cam faster/slower movement
Mouse + L./R. button		control free-fly cam
SPACE				jump
m				reposition player
c				debug view frustum culling (affects objects)
				(culls earlier - at each clipping plane!)
k				stop updating sampling camera positions (affects terrain+water)
				(move a bit back to see view frustum culling)
0				restart level
i				show intermediate rendertargets
p				print cam pos
l				stop water animation (doesn't affect water ripples)
n				display water on/off

b				turn parallax mapping on/off 
				when turned on, there are 2 different "bump-scales"
				(bump mapping is performed as soon as parallax mapping is on)

F2				show FPS
F3				wireframe mode
F5				change mip map filter mode
F6				change tex filtering mode

F8				view frustum culling on/off (affects objects only)
F9 				transparency on/off

ESC				quit game
