Description
Since many years, a simple calendar is a common tool to organize tasks, appointments and TODOs. Recently, shared electronic calendars gained great popularity. One can create his own tasks and appointment lists, share them with others as well as join calendars created by other users. These are stored in huge databases containing a large amount of data. The data in a calendar are usually visualized in a view which shows the tasks ordered by date. This representation is, however, often not optimal for a certain task and makes searching and sorting the data quite tedious. Therefore, different systems are available for storing and maintaining such kind of data.
