Description

Augmented-reality dressing applications are getting popular and with the latest usage of depth cameras also more practical. A startup company in corporation with the Vienna University of Technology developed a prototype for virtually trying on spectacles. The demo application is already finished, runs on a desktop PC and uses Microsoft Kinect for capturing face parameters. It features two modes one for capturing customers and one for viewing spectacles on consumers' faces. To reach a broader audience, the viewer functionality of this application should be ported to be usable in a web browser. This Praktikum will be paid!

Good programming skills and basic rendering knowledge.
